Attorney-at-law with a SBA specialist certification in Family law, Sonia Ryser exclusively practices family law.
She advises and assists her clients within judicial matrimonial proceedings (protective measures of the marriage, unilateral divorce proceedings or divorce upon joint request) as well as any litigation derived from filiation (parental rights, actions for alimony, adoption proceedings, international proceedings of child abduction).
She also practices as a counselor within matrimonial planning, in particular in the context of nuptial agreements in national or international constellations.
She also often intervenes as a speaker on behalf of the Bar Association and the University of Geneva.
