Specialist in conflict resolution, Lisa Locca's practice focuses on criminal law, with a particular emphasis on economic criminal law, and international family law, with a special expertise on divorce and inheritance.
Since 2024, she has been practicing mediation and amicable dispute resolution. Her legal skills and solid experience in the courts, combined with her creative approach, enable her to offer innovative, tailor-made and sustainable solutions to her clients, whether defending their interests in delicate and complex negotiations with high financial or human stakes, assisting them in a mediation process, finding a compromise solution in proceedings, or defending them before civil or criminal courts.
As a mediator, she is committed to helping people in conflict find a personalized, comprehensive and lasting solution, in all areas (business transfers, conflicts between shareholders or members of company management, employment law, inheritance).
From 2011 to 2019, she was deputy judge at the Geneva Criminal Court of First Instance. She is an active member of the Geneva Bar Association (ODA): she participates in the Criminal Forum, has sat on the Young Bar Committee (secretary-trainee 1998 - 1999) and on the Continuing Education (2006 - 2013) and Children's Rights (2019 - 2022) Commissions. Interested in new technologies, she joined the Commission d'Innovation et de Modernisation du Barreau (CIMBAR) in 2022.
She is also a member of the Fédération Suisse des Avocats (FSA), the Société Suisse de Droit Pénal (SSDP), the Women's White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA), the Women Business Society (WBS) and a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL).
She has been a lecturer at ECAV since 2020 (criminal hearing workshop). In 2023, she was elected Full Member of the Bar Committee. She is co-founder and partner of LOCCA PION ET RYSER.
