Audrey Pion is particularly active in labor law, a field in which she has always practiced and in which she began her specialization in 2014 when she joined the Geneva Labor Court as a part-time clerk. In this context, Audrey Pion was able to acquire a large experience while participating in the hearings, attending the court's deliberations, and drafting the rulings.

In 2016, Audrey Pion obtained the title of SBA certified specialist in labor law. In her day-to-day practice, she advises and defends both employers and employees. Furthermore, she makes it a point to continue her activity as a part-time clerk at the Labor Court, which allows her to make good use of her experience and her proficiency to better assist the magistrates and to draft the decisions that will become the rulings. To her, this is an experience that adds a plus to her profession as an attorney-at-law.

Specialized in national and international litigation, Audrey Pion is active as well in the fields of tenancy law, family law and also criminal law, more specifically white collar crime and international legal assistance.

Audrey Pion is one of the co-founders and partners of the firm LOCCA PION AND RYSER. She is a member of the Geneva Bar Association (ODA), of the Swiss Bar Association (SBA), of the French-Swiss Association of Labor Law Specialists (AROSDT). Since 2018, she has also been the Secretary of the Committee of the Junior Bar of the Geneva Bar Association. Finally, in her spare time, Audrey Pion is also committed to her municipality where she has been a member of the Town Council as well as of the Foundation Board of the Housing Foundation since 2017.
