Céline Sana-Oppliger practices in all areas of civil law. She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2005.
She is particularly active in family law, an area in which she has worked during 14 years as a law clerk at the Civil Court of Geneva. As such, she has worked on countless cases and has a solid experience in matrimonial proceedings, including interim measures in matrimonial matters, litigious and consensual divorces, as well as proceedings linked to parental rights and alimony.
Céline Sana-Oppliger has also a significant expertise in contract law, inheritance law, civil liability and complex financial and banking litigation.
As a certified mediator, Céline is particularly aware of the benefits of alternative dispute resolution.
She is a member of the Geneva Bar Association and sits as a member of the Carouge local parliament.
